Refund Policy
Tickets refunded 7 days prior to the class start date will incur a $35.00 cancellation fee. There are no refunds on or after the class start date.

CANCELLATION POLICY for CRI 2023 Conference ONLY
Fees will be refunded, less a $150 processing fee, if cancellation or change resulting in a refund is received in writing no later than June 23, 2023. After that date, fees are non-refundable (including no-shows). All refunds will be processed after the conference. Substitutions are allowed at no charge.
