Mindfulness practices teach you ways to de-stress and build resilience for yourself, so that you can be there for your students, kids, and family. This course allows you to spend five days growing mindfulness habits in your own everyday setting. Course includes:
*Creating your own personalized goals
*Short daily practices that build on each other
*Daily group and individual email check-ins
*Two zoom meetings with guided practices
*A plan to continue making mindfulness a habit
• Group Zoom meeting on Sunday November 2nd from 6:30-7:30pm (PST) to meet your fellow participants, share thoughts, and inspire each other. I will discuss how mindfulness practices can benefit, enhance, or bring awareness to any area of your life.
• Daily emails with short mindfulness practices that you can begin to incorporate into your own life.
• Personal check-ins with me throughout the week to answer any questions and make sure your practices are benefiting you and are geared toward any mindfulness goals you have.
• Group Zoom meeting on Thursday November 6th from 6:30-7:30pm (PST) to share, celebrate, and support each other at the end of our 5-day session. We will discuss how to continue to make space to carry these practices into your everyday lives.
